Panama experiences a Real Estate boom driven by new demands from buyers

In recent years, Panama has experienced a significant boom in its real estate sector, both in the residential and commercial fields, which responds to several key trends that are marking the country’s landscape.
This growth has been driven by the market’s ability to quickly adapt to the new demands of buyers, who are not only looking for properties, but also solutions that improve their quality of life.
Álvaro Boyd, President of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR), highlighted that the Panamanian real estate market has managed to evolve to meet these new expectations.
“Buyers are now looking for more than just a property. They want spaces that offer them comfort, sustainability and that improve their lifestyle,” said Boyd.
Despite the competitive environment, real estate developers in Panama have managed to stay ahead of the curve, offering innovations that will attract both local and international buyers.
This real estate boom positions Panama as an attractive investment destination and reinforces the trend that quality of life is an increasingly valued factor in purchasing decisions.
