Tocumen, SA restructures bond issue

Tocumen, SA restructured the issue of corporate bonds for $ 650 million on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 on the New York Stock Exchange, also registered in the Stock Exchange of Panama.

The transaction received offers from investors and buyers for the sum of 1,530 million dollars, 2.3 times more than what was offered, according to a statement from the Tocumen International Airport.

With this issue, Tocumen, SA’s debt reaches 1,450 million dollars, including the 2012, 2015 and 2018 issues.

Last year, it handled 17 million passengers and developed investments for more than one billion dollars in that air terminal.
